How long does artificial turf last?
Quality turf that is professionally installed typically lasts 15 to 20 years. The materials are UV-stabilized for our climate.
Does artificial turf get hot in a Texas summer?
Yes, in direct sun it gets hotter than natural grass. Shade, a lighter infill and a quick rinse with the hose bring the temperature down. We will talk through sun exposure when we plan your project.
Is turf a good choice for dogs?
Yes, with the right base and infill. Proper drainage underneath is what keeps a pet area clean and odor free.
Will stonework shift in clay soil?
It can if the base is wrong. We excavate, install and compact a proper base and plan for drainage, which is what keeps pavers and stone level over time.
